Kate Black-Regan as Rene Junot
This is Kate's third fringe performance with Puppetyranny. She appeared in Water Bears in Space (2011) as Felicia Hyde, a mad tardigrade-obsessed scientist with no thumbs, and also in Rails (2009) as a manipulative, crazed femme fatale. Recently she has worked with Applied Mechanics, Swim Pony Performing Arts, Luna Theater Company, Idiopathic Ridiculopathy Consortium and Renegade Classic Theatre, among others. She has also written and performed two one-woman short pieces, plays uke with her folky homegrown band, Osage, and croons with Upholstery. Many thanks to Kennedy for her amazingly ridiculous and beautiful creations, and to the whole Puppetyranny/Upholstery crew of awesomely talented weirdos.
Rob Cutler as Hugh Junot
Rob Cutler is a Philadelphia actor, improviser, teacher, bartender, and puppeteer. He’s happy to be rejoining the folks from Puppet Tyranny for an "out of this world” experience. (Get it?... out of this world... space... I'm a nerd) Rob returns after performances in previous Puppet Tyranny productions of RAILS: The Play (Darryl), and Water Bears in Space (Milnessa).
Rob has worked with the Wilma Theatre, Arden Theatre Co, Quince Productions, Walking Fish Theatre, Plays and Players, EgoPo, and BRAT Productions. Rob’s Improv credits include Hey Rube (PHIT House Team), The N Crowd, Friends of Alcatraz, Stage Fright, Water in A Cup (NYC), and Everything Must Go.
Many thanks to the entire cast, crew, and band. Special thanks to Kennedy whose brilliance, determination, and creativity continually astound me. Love to Jess. Enjoy the show! "It's not about who you trust, it's Hugh Junot."

Angela Smith as Lydia Junot
Angela Smith is pleased as punch to be a part of this awesome production after being a raving fan of Water Bears last Fringe. Angela has worked as an actor here in Philly for the past few years and was also lucky enough to tour Italy as Katerina in The Taming of the Shrew with Teatro Delle Due. She was recently seen as Nurse Ratched in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest with Collab Stage, Julie in Miss Julie with InVersion Theatre Company, and as Honey Babe in Pardon My Invasion at Plays and Players.
